Customer Expectations: Interior Painting

To be ready for painting in your home:

1) remove all objects from your walls

2) have all valuable items put away that you don't want any paint on

3) move all furniture elsewhere if you can

4) make the floors as empty as possible

5) have rugs picked up

6) clear off counter tops and surfaces of all objects

7) move large furniture that cannot be moved to another room placed at least 4 feet away from any walls

8) wipe down all baseboards/areas to be painted of dust and pet hair. Clean floors of pet hair to avoid particles on the walls.

Your home will be covered in plastic/drop clothes during the process. We do cover floors and surfaces however if you're concerned about any paint drips--please move these items away from the areas being painted. Be prepared to confine yourselves to part of the home or even consider leaving your home for a few days to avoid the smell of paint.

Please double check sheen and paint color at pre-walkthrough as well as areas to be painted. It is your responsibility to confirm scope of work included on invoice.
